Not exactly, but there are portions of the Quran that discuss hurting your enemies. However, the majority of Islamic verses and tenets do not teach or promote violence.

For example, there is a verse in the Quran that says:

And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of the ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful (9:5).

Some Muslims take this verse of the Quran quite literally and desire to fulfill it. However, the majority of Muslims are not carrying out violent acts on non-Muslims.  It must be noted that this verse was directed, at the time when the Quran was written, to stop people, by scaring them, into practicing paganism in what is now Saudi Arabia. It was not intended to be a demand for Muslims to kill all non-Muslims.
